Working with your natural flow

Finding your way forward isn’t about fixing what’s "wrong" with you; it’s about finally leaning into what’s already working.

We often look to others for direction, but the most honest answers usually come from understanding your own energy. Tools like the Enneagram or Human Design are great starting points, but they only matter if you can actually use them in your daily life. That’s where the MyTalentBuilder method comes in.

Instead of just giving you another label, we look at what truly gives you energy. Based on Positive Psychology and the concept of 'flow,' we map out how you’re wired. It’s about finding those moments where things feel effortless and understanding how to create more of them.

Because when you work with your natural energy instead of fighting against it, life starts to feel a lot less like a struggle.

A proven foundation, shaped around you.

I didn’t just learn this framework from a book. I was trained directly by its creator, Luk Dewulf, and after years of practice, these principles have become second nature to me.

But I don't believe in rigid scripts. Because I know the method inside out, I can move beyond the theory and focus entirely on you. I’ve refined this approach to make sure it’s practical and flexible enough to fit the reality of your daily life—helping you navigate your unique challenges with tools you can actually use.

A fresh perspective on who you are.

MyTalentBuilder is a practical way to stop the guesswork and discover how you’re naturally wired. It’s about moving beyond just "getting by" and building a life that actually fits you. We focus on three core areas:

Energy over effort: We pinpoint the activities that don’t just come easily, but actually give you energy. It’s about turning your daily tasks and responsibilities into a source of fuel, instead of something that leaves you feeling drained.

Strengths, not flaws: We shift the focus from what needs "fixing" to what’s already working. Often, the traits you’ve been apologizing for are actually strengths in disguise—they just need to be understood and used in the right way.

Finding your flow: We look for those moments where time flies and everything feels effortless. By aligning what you do with your natural talents, those "flow" moments become a natural part of your day, making life feel a lot lighter and more satisfying.

How we work together

Finding your way forward is a process. To make sure the changes we make actually last, we focus on two main steps:

Discovering your natural talents: Together, we’ll map out the activities and roles that truly fit your natural abilities. This isn't just about your career; it’s about getting the clarity you need to make better choices in your relationships and how you spend your energy.

Keeping things in balance: Every strength has a flip side. Sometimes a talent is so present that it starts to feel more like a burden than a gift - like a quality that’s simply "too much." You’ll learn to recognize these moments and use specific leverage techniques to bring that energy back into balance. It’s about turning what feels like a weakness back into the strength it was meant to be.
